These terms cover your use of 6s-success.com and the material published on it.
What this site is
6S Success publishes books, guides, training and consulting about organizing and cleaning a home using the six-S method: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Safety, Standardize, Sustain. 6S Success is a Nova Consulting brand.
What you can buy, and what you cannot
Consulting can be booked and paid for. The Virtual Home Consult and the In-Home Reset Day are paid through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Paying for a session forms a contract for that session on the terms below.
Everything else on this site is not for sale yet. Reset kits, courses, tools and the printed book are listed so you can see where the range is going. They are marked as unavailable, the cart does not take payment for them, and nothing you add to it creates an order, reserves anything, or forms a contract. No price shown for an unavailable item is a binding offer.
Booking, rescheduling and refunds
These terms apply to paid consulting sessions.
- Before we meet. Cancel more than 7 days before the session and you get a full refund. Between 2 and 7 days before, half. Inside 48 hours we cannot refund, because the time is reserved and cannot be resold, but you may reschedule once at no charge.
- If we cancel or cannot attend, you get a full refund, whenever it happens and whatever the reason.
- If the session is not useful to you, tell us within 7 days of it happening and we will refund it. We would rather lose the fee than keep money from somebody we did not help.
- Travel. The In-Home Reset Day is available in selected regions only. If we cannot reach you, we will say so before taking payment, and refund in full if it is discovered afterwards.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. To ask for one, email support@6s-success.com.
What a consulting session is, and is not
We advise. We do not carry out building work, electrical work, or anything requiring a licensed trade, and we do not lift or move anything unsafe. You remain responsible for decisions about your own home. Please read the safety notice, which forms part of these terms.
Use of the content
All text, images, designs and downloads on this site are copyright of the author and Nova Consulting unless stated otherwise. You may read them, and you may print a copy for your own personal use. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or use them to train a machine-learning model without written permission.
