These terms cover your use of 6s-success.com and the material published on it.
What this site is
6S Success publishes books, guides, training and consulting about organizing and cleaning a home using the six-S method: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Safety, Standardize, Sustain. 6S Success is a Nova Consulting brand.
What you can buy, and what you cannot
Anything on this site showing a price and a buy button can be bought today, through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. That covers the print packs for single micro zones, rooms and areas, the situation kits, the eBook, the Micro Zone Manual, the Whole House Print Pack and the Complete Digital Bundle, all of which are digital files delivered by email. It also covers the Virtual Home Consult and the In-Home Reset Day, which are consulting sessions scheduled by email after payment. Paying for any of them forms a contract for that item on the terms below.
A few things are deliberately not sold. Some items are free to download and always will be, and nothing on this site puts a free item behind a payment or an email address after offering it free. Corporate Lean 6S is quoted per engagement rather than sold at a fixed price. Anything marked unavailable or quote-only cannot be ordered: nothing you do with it creates an order, reserves anything, or forms a contract, and no price shown against an unavailable item is a binding offer.
Digital products: delivery and refunds
The eBook, the Micro Zone Manual, the Whole House Print Pack, and the Complete Digital Bundle are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few hours and always within one working day. If a file does not arrive, arrives incomplete, or is the wrong item, email support@6s-success.com and we will fix the delivery or refund the purchase.
Consulting: booking, rescheduling and refunds
These terms apply to paid consulting sessions.
- Before we meet. Cancel more than 7 days before the session and you get a full refund. Between 2 and 7 days before, half. Inside 48 hours we cannot refund, because the time is reserved and cannot be resold, but you may reschedule once at no charge.
- If we cancel or cannot attend, you get a full refund, whenever it happens and whatever the reason.
- If the session is not useful to you, tell us within 7 days of it happening and we will refund it. We would rather lose the fee than keep money from somebody we did not help.
- Travel. The In-Home Reset Day is available in selected regions only. If we cannot reach you, we will say so before taking payment, and refund in full if it is discovered afterwards.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. To ask for one, email support@6s-success.com.
What a consulting session is, and is not
We advise. We do not carry out building work, electrical work, or anything requiring a licensed trade, and we do not lift or move anything unsafe. You remain responsible for decisions about your own home. Please read the safety notice, which forms part of these terms.
Use of the content
All text, images, designs and downloads on this site are copyright of the author and Nova Consulting unless stated otherwise. You may read them, and you may print a copy for your own personal use. You may not republish, redistribute, resell, or use them to train a machine-learning model without written permission.

Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for that content.
Some pages carry retailer links to products a micro zone calls for. Today none of them is an affiliate link and none earns us a commission: no retailer programme has approved us yet. If that changes, a link would start earning a commission at no extra cost to you, and it would be disclosed on the page itself, above the links, not only here. The current position is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page.
We are not the seller. When you follow a link to a retailer, your purchase is with that retailer under their terms. They take the payment, they ship it, and they handle returns, warranties and refunds. Our own refund terms above cover the products we sell directly and do not apply to anything bought from another shop.
Prices and availability shown here are indications gathered when the page was written, not offers, and the retailer's own price at the moment you buy is the one that counts.
A commission never decides what we recommend. Products are chosen because a specific micro zone calls for that kind of thing, and the reason is written next to it. Anything we say about safety applies to a linked product exactly as it would to any other: read the manufacturer's instructions, and where a job involves anchoring, electricity, ladders or chemicals, judge for yourself whether it is one to do or one to hire out.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.
