Draft pending professional review. These terms were written to describe accurately what this site actually does today. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and they are not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with your rights under the law where you live, the law wins.
This page describes what happens to information when you use 6s-success.com. It is short because this site collects very little.
What we count
We count visits, so we can tell which pages are useful and which are not. This is done with self-hosted software running on our own server, not a third-party analytics service, so your visit is never handed to another company.
What is recorded for a page view: the page address, the site that referred you, and coarse details your browser announces anyway, such as country, browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer. No cookies are set, and no identifier is stored on your device that would let us recognise you on a later visit. We cannot build a profile of an individual and we do not try to.
What we never do
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network, no session recording, and no behavioural profiling. Nothing here follows you to other websites. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.
Third-party requests
The site makes no requests to third-party servers. Fonts, styles, scripts, images and the visit counter are all served from this domain, so browsing here does not reveal your visit or your IP address to any other company.
Videos on zone pages
Twelve zone pages carry a video. The page does not contact YouTube when it loads. What you see before you press play is a still image served from this site, and nothing is requested from Google or YouTube until you choose to watch.
If you do press play, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and at that point YouTube receives your request, including your IP address, and applies its own privacy policy rather than this one. That is your choice to make, which is why it is a button and not an automatic embed. If you never press it, no third party hears from you.
Links to other websites
Outbound links on this site go to Stripe, to pay for something, to two retailers, target.com and homedepot.com, where a zone page suggests the kind of supply that zone needs, and to our own channel on youtube.com, where the method page links out to the real videos we have published.
Those retailer links carry no affiliate or tracking code, and we earn nothing if you use one. No affiliate programme has approved us. They are ordinary search links for a type of product, not links to a particular item we have been paid to put in front of you, and we chose search links deliberately: a search still works when a specific product sells out, and it does not pretend we have picked a brand for you.
Following one takes you to that shop, which then handles your visit under its own privacy policy rather than this one. Nothing about you is passed along with the click beyond what any link tells any website: that you came from here.
If we are ever approved for an affiliate programme, a retailer link would start carrying a code identifying us as the sender, and we would earn a commission. We would say so on this page and on the page carrying the link before that happened. The current position is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The Home Quest app
The Quest at 6s-success.com/quest.html runs entirely in your browser. There is no account and no server behind it.
What stays on your device and never leaves it: which zones you have finished, the standards you write, and any before and after photographs you add. The photographs are held in your browser's own storage, are never uploaded, and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes all of it, and we hold no copy to restore.
What does leave your browser: when you finish a card we count it. That event records which of the six passes it was and how many cards you have finished in the session. It does not record which zone, which room, or anything about your home, and it goes to our own analytics on our own server, described above. We count it because we genuinely do not otherwise know whether the app helps anybody: the last time this was checked, on 7 September 2026, two people had ever finished a card. This page is not wired to a live counter, so treat that as a dated snapshot, not a running total.
Forms
The contact form builds an email from what you type and hands it to your own mail
app (a mailto link); the same text is also shown on screen so you can copy
it if your browser has no mail app attached. We only receive it if you actually send
that email. The newsletter form is not yet connected: anything typed into it is
discarded by your own browser and is never sent or stored anywhere.
If you email support@6s-success.com, we receive your address and whatever you write, held in our email provider's systems and used only to reply to you.
When you buy something
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never reach this site and we never see or store them. When you pay, Stripe receives your name, your email address and your payment details, and handles them under its own privacy policy rather than this one.
We receive from Stripe the fact of the order, which item it was, and the email address you used, so that we can send you what you bought and answer you if something goes wrong. That address is used to deliver the purchase and to reply to you about it. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared.
Photographs you take in the Quest
The Quest can store photographs of your own rooms so you can see a before and after. Those photographs are held in your own browser, on your own device, and are never uploaded anywhere. Nothing in this site sends them, and clearing your browser data deletes them. There is no copy of them on any server we run.
Server logs
The web server may keep ordinary technical logs, which can include IP address, the page requested, and the time. These are standard for any web server, are used for security and troubleshooting, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this site starts collecting anything it does not collect today, whether a mailing list or an account system, this page will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change.
