Two ways to have it done with you

The method is identical. What changes is whether we are on a screen or in the room, and how much is finished by the end of it.

Virtual Home Consult

One hour on video · $250

Available anywhere with a phone signal. You carry the camera round the room, and we work out together what that space is supposed to do, what is stopping it, and which micro zone to fix first.

What happens

Before
We email you to arrange a time and ask three things: which room, who else uses it, and what a good day in there would look like.
The hour
A live walkthrough. The room first, then zone by zone in the one that matters most. We name the desired function, the friction, and the root cause underneath it, in that order, because a bin bought before the root cause is known is usually the wrong bin.
After
A written plan by email within two working days: the zones in the order to work them, the standard each one should hold when it is done, and a product list of what would genuinely help.

What it is not

Nobody is in your house on this one, so nothing is carried, lifted or thrown out for you. We do not sell the bins and we earn nothing if you buy them: the product list names types, not paid links. How we make money.

Payment is taken by Stripe on their own checkout, so no card details touch this site. We email you afterwards to arrange the time.

In-Home Reset Day · Treasure Valley, Idaho

A full day on site · $1,200

One area, start to finish, in your house, with you. Not a cleaner and not a hired pair of hands: all six S's are run on that area in order, and it is left standardized so it is still holding a month later.

What happens

Before
We confirm your address and a date before anything is booked, and agree which area we are doing. If we cannot reach you, nothing is charged.
The day
Walkthrough, then Sort, Straighten and Shine on the chosen area side by side, so the method ends up in your hands and not just on paper. Then the safety pass: anchors, alarms, clear paths, anything sharp or heavy in the wrong place.
The end
Standardize. Homes assigned, labels and visual controls set, then a written standard for the area and the rhythm that keeps it, so the reset does not quietly undo itself in a fortnight.
After
You keep the written standard, the product list, and photographs of how the area is supposed to look when it is right.

What it is not

We advise and work alongside you. We do not carry out electrical, plumbing or building work, and we do not lift or move anything unsafe. Bins, hooks and labels are not included in the price and are yours to buy wherever you like. Disposal and donation runs are not included.

Treasure Valley, Idaho only. Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Star and Garden City: the places somebody can actually drive to and spend a day in your house. Outside that, the Virtual Home Consult is the same method by video at a fifth of the price. Just beyond the edge? Ask before you book, not after.

Not ready to book

Ask which zone first, free

Fifteen minutes on a call, no charge: tell us the room and we help you name the one zone worth starting on. It is not the paid hour above, shrunk: we do not walk the whole house and you do not leave with a written plan. We take up to 5 of these a week. If that is full when you ask, we say so and offer the next opening rather than pretend there is always room.

This is a request, not a booking: we reply by email with a real time before anything is on a calendar, the same rule the paid consult's own confirmation follows. At work rather than at home? Choosing

Which one you actually need

Most people need the cheaper one, and it is worth saying so plainly, because the expensive one is only the better answer in a narrow set of cases.

Start with the $250 hour if

You are willing to do the work but do not know where to start, or you have started three times and it keeps coming back. Knowing the order and the root cause is usually the whole problem, and an hour is enough to find both.

Book the $1,200 day if

The area has beaten you more than once, there is more of it than one person can face alone, or a date is doing the deciding: a move, a downsize, a new baby, a parent moving in. And you are in the Treasure Valley.

Book neither, yet, if

You have not tried the free version. The Home Quest takes one micro zone in about fifteen minutes and costs nothing, no account and no email. If that works in your house you may not need us at all, and we would rather you found that out first.

Who runs it

The person who wrote the method

Philip Kling spent twenty years installing continuous improvement systems inside organizations as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt: a statewide benefit process taken from thirty two days to under seven, a company wide Lean transformation at McKinstry where 6S standardization cut warehouse inventory and space requirements by eighty percent, then six years building the same systems at Amazon across a forty thousand person organization.

None of that makes a house tidy on its own. What it means is that the six steps are a working method with real numbers behind them rather than invented advice, and that the hour you are buying goes on finding a root cause instead of admiring the mess.

The honest part

We have not run a paid reset day yet, so there is no customer quote to put here, no star rating, and no count of homes transformed.

When there is one it will carry a real name, with permission, and not before. Until then the proof on offer is the record beside this, the method itself, which is free to read in full, and a refund term that means an unhelpful session costs you nothing.

If it goes wrong

What happens if you change your mind, or we do not help

These are the published terms, summarised. The full version is what governs.

Before we meet

Cancel more than seven days ahead and you get a full refund. Between two and seven days, half. Inside forty eight hours we cannot refund, because the time is reserved and cannot be resold, but you can reschedule once at no charge.

After we meet

If the session was not useful to you, tell us within seven days and we refund it. If we cancel or cannot attend, you get a full refund whenever it happens and whatever the reason. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

We would rather lose the fee than keep money from somebody we did not help. That is a commercial judgement as much as a moral one: a business this small cannot carry an unhappy customer.
